If a package is returned to Shine N Curls for incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer was not home.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the delivery cost.

We do not accept return once you have received your order.

We will only replace an item if we mistakenly sent out the wrong item to you.

Shine N Curls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, Shine N Curls will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate
